Have an old Lenovo model number:

Lenovo ThinkCentre M52 Series Type 8215

Specs:

Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 640 with HT Technology, 512MB, 80GB 7200RPM S-ATA HDD, PCI/PCIe Small Form Factor (2x3), Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 16x DVD-ROM, Intel Gigabit Ethernet, POV, Windows XP Professional

(I have upgraded the RAM to 3 (couldn't get it to recognize 4 gig) and the Harddrive to 1.5 TB)

Interested in upgrading the Processor speed and installing a Video card if possible. Please help me. Have never done either is it pull the old and drop the new one in like it was with the memory? Thank you.

That computer isn't even worth upgrading. You're better off just saving you're money and building/buying a computer. Pentium 4 is way outdated and the socket is way past its lifetime.

Hello Can you tell me what websites to watch for a deal on a tower? I want to spend $500 to $600 and feel like I got a steal. Prefer 8 gig ram, fast processor fast video card, basically gaming setup, can run games like Skyrim. Upgradeable would be good also.

I will keep waiting for prices to drop on everything until things come down to this price range. I have held this computer for I dunno 6 years. Every year I have considered biting the bullet and paying for a gaming rig but every year everything gets more powerful and cheaper so I keep holding out. I play a lot of DOS and Win 98 games on this rig with no issues but would love something new that kicks ass. I can break this computer down and reassemble in about 10 minutes and sometimes treat the computer like a laptop because of this, so I would still use it at times.

I found this build list online and need to know what you guys think of it:
