Does a video card need dual-head (i.e. two D-SUB connectors) in order to hook up two D15 monitors? If yes, then how does this card: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-nVidia-GeForce-6200AX-S-VIDEO/dp/B0011U6502, which from the picture, has only ONE D15 connector, claim to support "Dual VGA." Is there actually a way to add a second one on?

That card has one DVI and one VGA connector. You can connect a monitor via DVI and another via VGA. The card also comes with a DVI to VGA adapter, so that's why they claim dual-vga.
If one of your monitors can connect to the VGA connector, then you can just connect one monitor to the DVI and the other to the VGA and you'll have dual-display capabilities thanks to the dual-head.

If you mean one of these:http://www.vga-cables.net/vga-splitters-list.html i'll skip it. They're too big and bulky, not to mention expensive. Is there any adapter that will turn 1 VGA connector into 2?
