what wants access to cmd.exe?

I have a window constantly popping up every 20-30min. Heres a picture of it. Now, it started just yesterday and I havn't downloaded/installed/ran anything new these past couple of days. What is causing it?And how can I fix it??Please and thank you!

I've done several scans and system restorations but it won't go away!!

nice background. there are literaly millions of viruses and spyware that is created each day just because your virus protection says so there mite be one anyway

I dont know if this will work but what I would do would try to find the file.

C drive
then windows
then system or system 32

not sure if it will work only a guess.

i use it download non-illegal programs.

I use limewire pro and now that I think about it I get those same messages but not in spurts of 20-30 minutes at a time maybe an hour at a time. So what does this mean.

uninstall limewire and use utorrent and see if it stops

Correct just went to control panel uninstalled limewire pro. Then i waited my given hour or so and it didnt show up.
