you guys are failing to look at his sig. motherboard is right there do some ressearch to figure it out it aint hard.
seems to be AGP 4x so the recommended card is nice.

newegg doesnt ship to Canada, i was thinkin a Radeon video card since ive never had one before, is a ati 9200se good?

get a 9250, thats seems to be the best for agp 4x.... thats your best bet.... if u want a radeon. otherwise get an fx5700
