What would be better? (monitors)

1 24" LCD(around $400/$500), or 2 22" LCD(around $250/$300 each)??

I have a 15"CRT right now, I use an 8800GT, during the summer I game a lot(FPS and RTS), during the school year I don't have that much free time, I would like to watch movies on it though. Plan on goin sli at sometime, probably still with the 8800GT.

Main use for the majority of the year is homework and will be watching movies on the weekend. Need it/them to last a minimum of 3 years.
 
Definitely do the dual 22" monitors. The more desktop space, the better.

You probably don't need two monitors for your uses but it's handy to have Xfire and voice chat on one screen while gaming on the other.
 
yeah two.
but some games wont like it if you have two.


15" lol thats tiny. Ive got a 19" (non widescreen) and its good for gaming
 
yes, 15" is very small. I borrowed my uncles 22" once, for like a week, it was awesome, till I had to give it back! Then I had a headache again till i got used to the smallness of my screen.
 
yeah its cod4 and battlefield i get a problem with

PB kicks me for having an aimbot when i have dual screens (i dont use hacks)
