What wrong in Intel E6600?

You never answered Bigfella's question. How long did you run the program "Memtest86+" for? I would run it at least 6 hours on a system to get a decent diagnosis.

If the original E6600 was damaged that bad (he said burnt) There is the possibility the MB has been damaged by now.
I don't think I'd trust the CPU V regulator.

Just a thought, if it was mine I wouldn't trust it.

Ok guys let me clear ur doubts. My motherboard is Intel DG33FB. I have Intel Celeron E1200, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, Intel Quad-Core Q6600 and Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6600. All the CPU is working perfectly on this mobo but this E6600 only causing strange problems. Example when i restart the system , there is no display after shutting down. Sometimes i switch on the pc, there is no display. It occurs everytime about 80%. I have press off button and again on the pc. Sometimes again i on the problem is still there. I need to off and on many times until the display appears. This problem also occurs in Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L motherboard. But this motherboard very rare creates this display problem. Bigfellla said my RAM and PSU is garbage. But how other CPU works fine. Even i have used that PSU for my Intel i7 3930k LGA 2011 socket. So i put some pictures of my system.

Replace the possibly defective processor with a functional processor in the motherboard that is possibly damaged. Run Memtest86+ for 4 to 5 hours on the system and see if you get any errors.

Go back to my post and follow the bloody directions. If you don't do it in order then we cannot help you without guessing.
