for $500-$700. I would be using it for music, movies, MS Office, internet, Adobe premiere and photoshop/illustrator. I do not plan on playing games on it. I also want a long battery life and it must be portable (small dimension about 13-14 inches).
If you will be watching movies on your laptop I suggest looking at one with a little bit bigger screen. Most laptops suited to movie watching will have at least 15.6" screens. However, you can still find a light and portable one such as the Dell Studio 15. It is within your price range and has Intel® HD Graphics. It also has a large amount of RAM and storage.
