What's a good case for new system ?

New Member
'm gonna strt building new system before summer and was wondering which case is in the "top cases category" when it comes to quietness enough room and slik looking
So far my ide is
AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+
ASUS A8N5X AMD 939
Samsung SpinPoint P 250GB

Still not sure on Video Card, Ram but don't wanna go cheap
 
I got two cases I'm trying to sell. IM me if you're intrested. One's new, the other's about a year old but still in good shape.

The new one has a 120mm fan in the rear and spots for 80mm's in the front. I got a pair of high performace 80mm's that should work quite nicely there, and would probably really keep the system cool.

The other one has two 120mm fans, but the front is a little blocked by the harddrive trays, so the temps weren't ever terrific...but it did look cool ;P Hehe, again, shoot me a message if you're intersted. I got some other stuff you might like for your build as well ;)
 
The Thermaltake Tsunami is a good case.

There are some good cheap Rosewill cases for about 50 bucks that are pretty nice and have spots for additional fans
 
Everybody has different opinions on cases. So what you should really do is post cases that you think are good looknig and then we can tell you how they are, and if they will provide sufficent cooling.
 
Antec P180 - A very quiet case, decent airflow.

my friend bought an acrylic logisys case just like that one, but it isnt the ying yang. overall, i think its a great case, except when you buy one, you feel you have to make it look and perform good since you see everything inside it. my friend ended up spending $100 more than he planned on a new psu, lights, and cable managment. hope this helps
