whats a good set up??

Hi

I want to get a nice dvd burner
but im not sure if i need 2 drivs in the bays..
As In do i need a cd-rw on top
and a dvd-burner on bottom?
or can i just get the dvd burner and burn
cd's and dvd's with it?

Because I want to use up the other 2 bay's
I have left for other things..like fan controllers etc...

Anyways after some1 can answer my question plz post
a nice dvd-burner in the 100$ range (give or take) with sata plugs..

I have never encountered a dvd burner that doesn't also burn cd's
