whats a good webcam to get for under $30

logitech communicate STX

I have the logitech communicate STX, and it works real well. I use Windows Live Messenger with it, and the video and sound quality are good. It's about 35 bucks.
 
thanks for pointing out that $35 is greater than $30...haha. it's just that no one else had given any other suggestions, so i though i would relay my experience with the webcam which i have. i noted in my post how much it was so the question poster could decide if they want to go up $5 or so for the one i recommended from experience with it.
 
is there abig difference between the STX and the 961462 cause on alot of sites that I go on there seem to be alot of refurbished STXs so is there something wrong with it or what why is everyone returning it to the stores
