Whats going on with my screen?

This is not the first time this has happened. My laptop screen keeps going from bright to dim, kinda like a flash almost. It's almost like the screen is going to power down, but it don't. Last time this happened I opened my lapptop as far as I could and then it stopped. Thats not working this time though. Any ideas?

Sounds like you might have a loose connection to the back screen light.
Get it looked out by some one.
