Whats it trying to install?

The: Found new hardware wizard keeps appearing when my Laptop starts to try and install some hardware named "ATWPkt12".

I have no new hardware on my Laptop.

Any ideas what this is?
 
go to your Device Manager by right-clicking My Computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager and see if there are any devices with a yellow question mark by them, maybe that will help you figure out what it is..i googled it but found absolutely nothing...does it do it every time you start it? does it mess up every time or something?
 
It does it everytime computer starts up.
I simply click cancel when it asks for location of driver and the baloon (right corner) just appears and says there was an error addign the new hardware (like it usually does when you click cancel).
 
well after you cancel it are there any uninstalled devices in your device manager? or maybe running the add new hardware wizard might give you more?
