Whats so great about panaflo?

Panaflo's are top quality, and very quiet so you'll pay more for them. I agree $10 is alot for a single fan, but some people don't mind the price.

The cooler masters are cheaper, and build quality probably isn't as great, along with life expectancy. I have all Cooler Master fans that still work fine, but they are LED and I can tell you after over a year of use 1 of the fans is barely blue anymore and the rest are dimming (although RPM level is still good). Now you don't have to worry about LED's dying...but you may find that they die alot sooner than expected if they are so cheap.

The panaflo's also use very sophistcated bearing technology. It's called "hydro Wave" which is just a fancy name, but you pay for it. Features include:
Aerodynamic blade and venturi design
Locked rotor protection and auto-start function
Lower circuit noise by new IC
Optional third lead wire signal (Locked rotor alarm sensor, 2PPR)

The Cooler Master's simply use a sleeve bearing, and they have no extended features to mention.
