What's the best hosting?

I'm thinking of starting up an online forum again. I've done it in the past but the first place I used was super cheap and offered great service but went out of business. So then I switched months later to Godaddy.com but ended up getting tired of paying $4 a month for it. Is there any free or super cheap hosting out there that I can run a phpBB forum from?

best host i have ever used. uptime is excellent, prices are reasonable, and the customer service is on a level i've never seen from a host. i like to think of them as the newegg of web hosting
