Whats the difference and whats better?

Ram and mobos are the two things that confuse me most about computers. So here is my question.

Whats better about the second and is it worth £20 more?

6400 is the best "DDR2 800"

Ya it is, i love my Corsair too. Both are very overclockable, i have got mine to 1200mhz. (Havn't tried its limit, don't want to)

I bought the OCZ lol someone said its better for gaming. And well TBH it looks 100 times better than the other one.
And Overclocking ram? I never knew you could do that. Guess I need to check Ram 101.
