whats the difference/best ?

Well the MSI 560 has a core clock of 880 instead of 900 but that is easily changed. Everything else is the same.

What cooler do you like best?
 
basically saying which do you think looks the nicest, that's basically the only diff between them really other than the 20mhz as he pointed out, but as he said you can overclock it past that in a heartbeat.

Go with MSI or ASUS. I am partial to the MSI cooler since I have used it before and I know it is a great performer. The 20MHz that you would need to OC in order to get it to 900MHz is not hard at all. I would bet you could have it OCed and tested stable in no time.

It is up to you what card you want but that is just my opinion.
