What's the difference between Corsair and OCZ RAM?

Hello,

Corsair is considered by computer pros to be the highest quality RAM
available. Thus it sells for a bit more. They are both great makers, and only varies on the rest of your system, some perform better with various hardware. I haven't had to many variations to tell you the details, but google it and you can find alot of material.

The Dominator series is top of the line for Corsair.

OCZ Gold is lower in OCZ's lineup, versus say the Reaper series.

Pretty much what bodaggit said.
You're putting the top series of Corsair against the bottom of OCZ.
OCZ is way better budget to be honest, same performance for less. Here's their premium line, with all around lower latencies and alot less cash.
