Whats the difference between these 2 cpus?

What's the difference between these two processors and why is one rated so much higher than the other?

i realized that, but what is the other one, and how does that change performance? is it performance or efficiency?

i think it is that some motherboards only support the 65watts and the other motherboards i think can use either, i believe im not positive since i didnt research it enough

The lower voltage one may allow for more headway in overclocking. I know that is the case with Intel's Core 2 Duos.

The other one is a 89 watt model, the 65 watt is probable alittle bit better core to run on lower voltage at 2.4ghz since there both F2 stepping

I see that the 65w one uses less voltage than the other which may increase it's overclocking potential as you said, and i don't know if either one will be compatible w/ my mobo because it doesn't specify. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128014

The 65 watt will probably clock alittle better and yes it will run on that board.
