Whats the difference between these 2 gigabyte boards?

Will the GIGABYTE GA-965G-DS3 work with an Intel Pentium D 805 ? Newegg says it works with Pentium D's but on gigabyte's site under the supported cpu list it doesnt have any of the pentium D's , and the Penium D's front bus speed is only 533mhz and the board says its FSB is 1066/800MHz.
 
Yes they both support Pentium Ds. The Pentium Ds are listed as Pentium 4 8xx/9xx on the list
