what's the difference between these?

aside from price and manufacture date, i can't seem to find any differences between intel's d975xbx and the d975xbx2. anybody have any idea why the 2nd one is twice the price as the first?
 
There doesn't appear to be that much difference, but the xbx2 is the current model and the xbx is not even on the list on intel's boards any more, so I'd have to say it's just the older model.

There doesn't seem to be many differences in specs though.
