What's the difference?

What's up guys, I was wondering what the difference is between IntelICH7 and Intel ICH10 and does one motherboard overclock better?? I'm planning on getting an e5200 processor or a e7400 (still debating) and I would like to do some heavy overclocking... If anyone has suggestions on a good overclocking micro atx mobo between the prices of 60 and 120 dollars please pass some links my way thanks for the help!

the intel ich chip is your southbridge. It primarily controlls your usb and hard disks.
doesn't have to much to do with overclocking.

Motherboard with onboard vga is not overclock as good as those without.
I believe the best overclocking micro-ATX mobo for LGA 775 ahould beDFI LP JR P45-T2RS, but it is $150

I've found this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131237... I think i'm going to get it, if i'm going to overclock which cpu out of the two would you suggest the e7400 or e5200??
