Whats the difference?

But then looking around for a bit of a cheaper card found this one http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1931185&Tab=2&NoMapp=0

Exactly the same name and specs the ONLY difference i can see is that the board is a different colour. so why the $40 price difference?
