What's The Name Of The Part...

Hi. I'm trying to get my computer fixed, but I can't remember the name of a part. It's the part that take power from the adaptor. Sorry if this isn't the best place to post this.
 
Power from the adapter? From the wall leading to your case would be the Power Supply Unit (PSU). The PSU leads to the Motherboard, sometimes the graphics card and other accessories.
 
What computer? Take some photos and upload them to photobucket and copy the link here so we know what you're referring too.
