whats the performance of this cpu?

i am going to be building a budget gaming computer soon and i am doing some research. i have found this cpu

i was wondering what it would be like performance wise for gaming on titles such as crysis, call of duty etc. of course it would have to be coupled with a decented video card im thinking along the lines of an ati 4850. the computer wouldnt be used for much else other than gaming, internet and a few word processing things. also how long do you recon it would be until this cpu is outdated and unable to play new games. sorry for all the questions i want to get this right :D

That cpu has just been released not to long ago and can last you through crysis and farcry and probably 2 years down the road. It can run cod 4 on high without a doubt. As for crysis, I can imagine you running it on high without jacking the resolution. You should be cool.

That compares to the phenom. I think tomshardware did a review with the e7200 and the phenom 9650 and the e7200 performs as well as the phenom.
