What's the real difference?

Ok so I am checking out RAM and have found these two

Kingston HyperX @ $68

The only real difference between the two is Latency, Timing and Voltage.

I know the smaller the number for these the better but what is the real difference?

Is 5-5-5-15 going to be noticable over 7-7-7-20 especially for $40?

On a funny note 555-15 is ok at 2.1V, but 777-20 is pretty crappy for 2.0 voltage. Sounds like the 777-20 has pretty cheap memory chips or it was such a low yeild lot that they had to back the timmimg off to validate it.

What would be good for 2.0 volt? How do these numbers compare to each other with relation to the voltage? Sorry everything I could find on timing was very technical hard to understand. If you know of a site that explains the difference simply a link to that would be appreciated.

I was saying that 555-15 at 2.0V is pretty average. the 777-20 at 2.0 is pretty bad. I,ve used a few sets of these.
