Whats the time?

I recently built my own comp and it seems to be running great without any problems, except the time that shows on the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen. I've changed it several times in the bios menu but it keeps going back to Pacific Standard Time after a few start ups!

Does anybody know why this might be happening?
I use vista if that helps.
 
Well I was going to say that the CMOS battery could be going but that's a fairly new motherboard so..

A checksum error will reset the BIOS. I only get these when I get pissed at my computer not posting and rip the power cord out. Make sure not to do the same. ;)
