Whats this worth?

Was thinking about selling my computer to build a new one. What would this be worth? With and without the monitor?

If a friend were to ask me what they should pay for this computer I would tell them no higher then $250 (without monitor) much more then that and they could put together a new system that would out perform that one. Plus it's dated hardware with limited upgrade options.

It certainly dated, but it can also be updated to include Core 2 Quads, much more powerful GPU etc. But yeah, 250 is about right.
