Whats up with my CPU?

When you say "underclocked until needed" does that mean it automatically goes higher then that if it needs it? Or do i have to set something.

Speedstep underclocks the cpu until it's needed to save energy/heat.

Speedstep controls it. You do nothing.

You can turn it off in your BIOS>

It won't go over the stock clock rating, it will just ramp it up to full
speed when needed.

Alright, Thank you very much man. ON a side note, Does the same go for Ram? Because it says i'm only 3383 some is avalable but i have 4gigs.

You can lock your processor's frequency if you want. Usually the bios has ways to disable speedstep, or there are various programs that do so.

As for your RAM, it sounds like you have a 32-bit operating system installed. 32-bit OS's are essentially limited to 3.25GB of RAM. Anything more and you need a 64-bit OS.
