Whats wrong with my computer graphics?

My graphics card: GeForce 9800 GT overclocked edition

Hi guys im new to this site and i just wanted to see if u guys can help me with this problem i am having with my computer.
Ok, well i have a nice graphics card and i have my resolution real high up and really good quality viewon things. But one day i tuned my computer on and Its like my graphics card didnt exist anymore everything was back down to integrated motherboard graphics, so i uninstalled the drivers and then reinstalled them from the site and when i restarted my computer bc i had to for the installation to complete, when it came back on nothing changed everything was still bad quality, but i had my drivers downloaded in a file and my computer recognizes my graphics card, but it just like doesnt run its graphics it weird. Maybe this pic will help




And this pic is the weirdest one that i have never seen happen to a computer before, this is what it shows when it starts up instead of words and letters

Try the card in another system, most likely the card has been damaged somehow. What power supply are you using?

im using a 650 watt powersupply

Those dollar signs, usually, it's nVidia way to tell you, your card is dead.
If the same thing happens in Safe Mode, dead for sure.
