What's wrong with the ASRock H61M-HVS?

I have been looking all around for a decent cheap motherboard and thought i'd settled on GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H but then I came across the ASRock H61M-HVS as far as I can see this motherboard is pretty good for £28 so can somebody tell me what wrong with it?

Basically I want to know the best under £100 motherboard there is

It's a pretty low end chipset, and from the previous generation too. What processor are you going to be using with this board? For under £100 this is most likely your best bet http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...tel1155z77chipsetmotherboards/ga-z77-d3h.html that has a much better chipset than that ASRock board does.

I will be getting an i5 processor so most likely the GIGABYTE GA-Z77-D3H is the motherboard I will get, I just thought for so cheap it was worth a gander

It's better to buy the parts individually - motherboard bundles usually use quite low-end boards and you can't choose exactly what CPU, board and RAM you want if buy it all as a bundle.
