What's wrong with this PSU?

This modular has a +12V@34A I was wondering why its so cheap compared to the other PSUs that are +12V@30A and over that are over $100

Is this PSU just on sale or is there a disadvantage?

you get 550w and u also get this big a** fan and other stuff (well worth it)
