My friend just got a new computer about a week ago assembled from some company.
About 3 times a day the computer restarts by himself without no reason but mostly when playing video...

I was looking at his PSU which some unbranded PSU 430W.It could be a problem??

It proably is your powersupply that is your problem. What are the amps on the 12v rail? And what are the specs for the rest of his computer your powersupply may be overloaded. You should probably get a new one.

Yes, It could be the problem, try to borrow a better PSU and place it to your PC, if it's ok, bring the PC back to the store.
