What's your boot-up speed?

And what hardware would determine how fast it goes? List your bootup time (from pressing the on button on the PC to being ready to open a program without it running slowly) and the processes it goes through if you'd like. here's mine...

1. Diagnostic/quick system (mem, mobo, cpu) check
2. HD check
3. XPpro loading screen
4. user screen
5. Bootup completed - desktop

I usually get between a minute and a minute and a half...averaged around 70 seconds. I've heard of guys doing a raid 0 with 10k HD's with the OS installed on them and getting under 10 seconds, which seems crazy.
 
Gee I managed to clock in at 52 seconds. The 10 second mark does seem a little off beat there. I could easily see closer to 25-30 seconds however.
