Whats your favorite computer term?

mine is user
at college when we want to say someone is a loser we say user instead
i find it funny :D "He's a user"
 
ID, 10, T Errors.... actually this doesn't exist (yet) but my Girlfriend calls me up and asks me whats wrong with her computer and i say oo that's easy, you have an ID10T error. She says what's that and I say, O it's the same thing as a Pebkac error. So she says "oo ok" to try to sound like she knows what i'm talking about. I told her to just write down the following: I D 1 0 T. She bought it all the way hahaha.

O ya and pebkac stands for "Problem exists between keyboard and chair." lmao

well... it actually does sound normal, till you read it when written down. but that you actually said it to your gf... =o

Well... Joystick makes me giggle now and then, especially from that one song by The Venga Boys... The way you use your joystick... it really makes my mouse clink. (Cheeka Bow Bow.) They completly changed what I thought of it.
Floppy Disk get's me now and then as well.
... and just about every other word I can think of, and then some that I hear complete computer people say that I don't understand. Though I think they have more fun seeing me stare blankly at them in confusion and dissbelief.

NIC Card, RAM Memory, LCD Display(I catch myself saying this sometimes...) Yeah, I guess those are the typical ones :rolleyes:

Or, perhaps someone could tell me why some people call the computer a modem? Why do they always call it the MODEM?!
