Both different but both will do the job !
(your fan will probably be ok and you will know when the fan goes coz the mobo has a builtin voice warning thing, also its make lots of noise before it stops) !

i was reading reviews about http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835103155 ... says it doesn't have support bracket to secure it ?

or instead of worrying about your chipset fan get the A8N SLI- Premium with a heat pipe cooling

You really have a good configuration there but you could change the RAM is not very expensive DDR500.
If you buy all them, from the same company take some software from the net to test the performance and if they have time the Hard Disk and RAM.
I have some problems with a HP laptop it had hardware problems, I think the damage was made in transportation.
