what are your ram frequencies?
just include ddr2 as the same thing even though technically its faster if the ddr memory isnt in dual channel :)

pc3200 (ddr400)
but its a little slower at the moment becuase i needed the diveder lower to get my CPU to 2.5ghz.

PC3200 in my desktop, PC2700 in my lappy, and apparently PC3200 in my mac(though I read it only had PC2700 capabilities...but specs say otherwise) PIII 733 with PC133, then everything else is just crap ;)

i should actually corrent myself, i have DDR400 memory but since i have 2 DIMMS installed it runs at DDR333. But i have it overclocked a bit so its running around DDR385.

you may want to get that a little higher.. or lower timings :)

i can go higher, but i dont have any thermal paste on my cpu and its idleing around 45C right now. That and when i have my SATA drive hooked up (trying to fix it) i cant get above 222Mhz bus.

haha at 4-4-4-12 timings...
and yea, AMD systems can take higher than ddr-400, its just that the motherboards standard won't ever be above ddr400
Some newer socket 939 motherboards support dividers up to DDR500. Like the DFI lanparty series for example.

Anyway, my RAM is suposed run DDR500 2-2-2-8, I've gotten it up to DDR520 2-2-2-5, but then it keeps on getting worse, like the IC is burning up.

I have pc3200 DDR400, like most, but i'll be getting more RAM soon and dual-channelling it up. :)

So you just have a heatsink over your processor with no thermal paste?
