Wheel won't work

I have a basic Logitech wingman formula gp wheel. I have Nascar racing 2003 and the wheel works fine. I can't, however, seem to get the wheel to work in demos that I tried. IE: d/l'd flatout demo and nascar simracing demo and the wheel seems non-existant in each. Can anyone help me get this set up properly?

EDIT: got it working somewhat. Now just to configure properly - always pulls to the left.

Well, i'm not sure how to fix it, but i've had the same kinda problems with an analog control pad that i bought. I can't get it to work on a lot of games and demos. It's probably a compatibility issue.

I was fooling around somewhere and ended up in my control panel - my wheel wasn't installed properly and i just had to calibrate it. Check your game control settings. Mine is perfectly fine now.
