when do you consider an upgraded pc to be a new pc?

we all upgrade our computers at times. but there has to be a limit to it. after a while, you will have upgraded everything in the pc and it will still be the same pc. however, you could build a new pc and use most of the stuff from an old pc and it'd still be a new pc.

so...when do you think a pc could be a called a 'new' pc?

i just replaced the mobo in my pc, put in an 8800, and will be replacing the psu. would you consider it to be a 'new' computer?
 
i would pretty much consider that a new pc. i would say its a new pc if you get a new mobo, reinstall operating system and upgrade another component that will make it a lot better
