MS DOS - 2 digits for years, Y2K problem.
Windows 98 - has it worked today?
Windows XP - experience the "it worked today" phenomenon.
Windows Longhorn - grow a 3-D horn in new direct-x 3-D environment?

Plus, when you think about it, in the olden days, the typewriter was the most significant invention. In modern days, MS Word is the most significant invention.

I voted never, Im a Bill Gates fan, he is cool, people just like to always pick on the tall poppy and cut them down. So I hope microsoft makes lots and lots of money.

not a huge microsoft fan or hater, but hate him are not Bill Gates knows business so I picked never.

I reckon the microsoft name has gained some popularity with the x-box, or at least not hated as much as it once was.
