yeah I think that mac will be the first to have them pre installed on their desktop models though, i don't think that Microsoft is that advanced yet
well considering microsoft doesnt even sell pc's..... And so far osx doesnt support bluray as far as i know, and i have seen some pc's for sale with blueray drives in em, albeit more expensive models. Im thinking of getting a bluray drive for my computer now that they are down to ~$100 for a reader....

it could be happening now. bluray combo drives on newegg are sub-100 dollars now. ive seen prebuilts with bluray.
Yeah but I mean even though we could put them in our PC'S would software distributors change to blu ray disks?
This is something I just thought of actually
there could be a fight against that though because there are people that like to play games on the best screen blu ray provides that
