Where are the rest of the G bites?

:) This may sound like a dumb question,but. My computer has an 80GB HD.
When I go into "My Computer" and check properties, it shows 11.3 GB used with 69 GB not used. If I gpen the C:\ page and select all the folders and check properties, it shows 6.5 GB. I have no hidden folders. Where are the rest of the GB's? TIA

They are probably "reserved" by Windows. When you bought that 80GB and installed Windows/Linux etc. on it, you automatically lost ~4GB. Then I think it also takes some for your PageFile...so figure out those 2 and add them to the equation and you should get ~80GB. MY 80GB is 74.45GB (what Windows tells me)

The pagefile is includeded if nothing is hidden
