I need to know where I can buy an extremely cheap laptop, but not on ebay. No bidding. Does anyone know?
Note: I once heard of a site called ugly pc or ugly pc's or something like that, but I can't remember. They had really cheap pc's and laptops there.

ebay laptops are cheap because they sell computers that are either used or a few years old. most modern laptops are sometimes higher than laptops directly from the manufacture.
