One tool very popular is the PC Wizard now seeing a 2008 version at http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php This one also displays temps and voltage readings as well.
That was one of the better programs there with the temp and voltages available. If you run in an search engine you can find a good number of them while Sandra Lite is another one by SiSoftware that sees great references. http://www.sisoftware.co.uk/ The Lite version is free while they offer a full featured retail version as well.
Everest Home version was an older program being available free but often saw wikd readings on temps at times typical with a number of programs. PC Wizard 2008 has been under scrutiny here for some time comparing those to the readings seen in the bios as far as accuracy. That one even displays the current temp on single video card systems.
