Where Can I Find A New Budget Windows 7 Tower Only?

My parents tower went out and they gave it away before I could even look at it lol... I need to find an inexpensive tower for them... not a complete piece of junk but a budget desktop unit... not emachines either. I am going to be searching barebone stuff tonight but I really need to get this for them within a day or two. Anybody know any places for me to check out? Thanks! :)
 
Look for a used tower on ebay. All you need is

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor.

1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit).

16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit).

DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver.
