Where can i find the SATA drivers needed to install XP

i have the CD that came with my motherboard , but in which folder r they or how do they look like . i have an raid maxtor 6Y080M0 , please fast help , working all day on the computer:confused:
 
You will need to create a floppy with the raid drivers on it so that when you install XP, you press f6 at the beginning and use the floppy to install the drivers. If you don't have a floppy drive you would have to slipstream them into a new install cd.
 
Try searching for the drivers that are on the manufacturer's support site. They usually have boot disk creators with the right files on them.
 
Go to start and Search then go to All files and folders then type in desired (whatever desired I mean), then choose to look in My Computer if no luck try other places that are not in My Computer such as Desktop or (if not in My Computer: or desired or both) My Documents, My Pictures etc.

??? He's doing a fresh install off of CD, so your idea wouldn't work.
