Ok, I will try to be as descriptive as I can. There is some kind of sticky type stuff on the bottom of the heat sink that goes on the processor of a computer it's sorta powdery. I hope you know what I'm talking about. Can this be replaced and, if so, where can I get some.

It's called thermal paste, and those ^^^^^ links above are good.
