where can i get a P4 3.0 C at?

Newegg had them now there gone, i want the one with the heatsink and fan, unless someone can tell me what heatsink and fan came with it and ill just buy the OEM CPU and then buy those two things seperate. Thanks

they come with an aluminum heatsink and fan from intel, try www.ncix.com for p4c's (I feel like such an NCIX fanboy here, I should charge advertising fees lol)
