Where can I get an OS XP?

Does anyone know where I can buy an operating system for XP. Mainly I need a new product key as the one I have for the rig I built is invalid. I went to tech stores but none of them sell them anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
 
If you have actually have the xp install cd, just call up microsoft and tell them you need to buy a license for the software so they will give you a key. However, If you have all new hardware, why not buy windows 7?

Thanks for the link it was a great help. The hard drive is an old one from my old computer. The problem with it is that it came pre-installed so there was no CD that came with it. I tried getting a new product key from both the manufacturer and Microsoft, but unfortunately they wanted the serial number and product number from the old computer which was on the back of case but I threw the old case away. Thus my predicament began. But I know what your saying and I do plan to update it to win 7 I already have a copy which I can use of that.
