You could see the information in the BIOS or use tools like SPEEDFAN. I would always trust the BIOS readings the most however.

If you mean how to find the temp of your CPU and mobo then you'll have to download a program like speedfan or ASUS PC Probe.

You can either look in your bios or download software for example motherboard monitor.

how do i get to BIOS

when you boot, the first screen will say "press (some key) to enter bios", it'll usually be like delete or one of the f-keys
