Wherever I can find that has the lowest prices as well as will take pre-orders paid for via money order in the mail because I don't have a credit card. That's how I managed to get a brand new NIB Nero 6 Ultra Suite from a Christian bookstore for less than $50, and how I found a 512MB RAM stick for less than $40 a year ago. It's never the same store twice, though, so I don't build up any repeat business :(
